Established in 2005 as Serenaty Services, later becoming Serena Construction LLC in honor of owner Carlos Solorzano's wife, our company has evolved from a painting specialty subcontractor to a Class A General Contractor. With a focus on military housing neighborhoods, we provide paint, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead removal, and minor renovations. Since restructuring in 2018, we've secured a Class A Virginia Contractor’s license, expanded our services, and obtained SBA 8(a) Certification.
